If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the sender will be contacted by our customer care and a second delivery attempt can be made either on the same day or the next business day.

Yes, we offer an anonymous delivery option. If the recipient doesn’t want to receive this gift, it will be returned to us.

If the product is damaged, it must be notified immediately. You can contact our customer care and we will be happy to replace the item at free of cost.

How do I get to know my order has been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation email within 1-2 hours of making the order on the website. If you have not received any order confirmation email within 2 hours after placing the order, kindly contact us for assistance.

We are providing a ‘track my order’ option on our site.

Step 1: click on the track order menu, this will direct you to the track order page.

Step2: To track your order please enters your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email, you have received.

Most of our products are delivered within 3-5 hour on the same day of the order on all the days except valentine day.

We deliver flowers in Emirates of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Al Ain. Currently we do not have service in Ras Al Khaima.

We will contact you for providing assistance and collecting details. Payment options will also be given.

Placing order online is simple and can be finished in a few mouse clicks. Log on to the website www.realflowers.ae. Select a bouquet of your choice and click on the ADD TO CART button. Again, click on GIVE DELIVERY DETAILs button and furnish the details like delivery address, date, and time range.

How can I choose a gift of my preference?

In our website, we had categorized flowers gifts based on items such as hand bouquets, flower baskets, glass vase and flower arrangements, corporate gifts and office arrangements. You can choose for several occasions and by locations. Filtering by colors and price ranges is possible.

Can I add another gift with flowers?

Yes, you can include additional items with your flower gifts. We offers teddy bears, micro foil balloons filled with helium, fruits baskets, cakes and chocolates for a little extra cost. However, these items can only be selected with a flower gift.
